Access Keys viewable?
Hey all,
I can't add my storage pane because I can't remember my NCSoft account. I contacted support but they need my access keys. I'm not sure where to find them, besides digging up the original boxes, which are somewhere in my closet. I thought I could find them from the logon page, but I can't figure it out. Can anyone be of assistance? Car |

For starters ( you have prolly already done this) look in the boxes the games came in....you may get lucky. If you just can't come up with the keys then explain that to support and give them as much info as you can. If there was a recent purchace you should include the key if available. You could also buy a pane for $10 which would give you a game key and, in effect, get a second pane for an average cost of $5. You do relise the reason they ask for that is to prove the account is yours and not stolen as you can change passwords and such in there. Thus having it viewable in game would be a huge security risk...instead of stealing your guild wars account and playing around but not being able to change the password but you have the ability to do so...if the access keys were viewable they hop on veiw the access keys but don't touch anything...send in a ticket to get the plaync account. Change your password before you even notice somethings up. Also they might let you have just the most recent key but I highly doubt it. Sorry.

I'd suggest looking through your email to see if you've ever sent a support issue since one that I found had my NCsoft name. If you find nothing, your last hope is to look for your access keys.

You cannot view the physical CD keys on your account. This is because ArenaNet blocked access... however get your old GW boxes and use there access keys.. should work..

give them as much as you can then give em character names what level what profession give an estimate how old they are. i gave em birthdays with mine but i had figured that out before. your name and any detail you can the more the better. the more you provide the better chance theyll know its yours. think about where you bought hey tell where you got it. any transaction numbers if you got when i bought stuff from the online store i forgot to throw the email so i was able to give them that info. really anything and the more the better chance

Write down all your serial numbers and keep it on a USB drive or stick it to the side of your computer. So many people end up in this situation and then can't find anything.

write the access keys on the cd itself in the future.
Give support as much info as you can, any previous e-mails you had, different address if you moved etc. They will be able to find your account info. They were able to do so for me on 4 accounts. They did a great job |

Access Keys
They aren't viewable anywhere. They are hidden, they will always be hidden.
The Access Keys to ones account is the single most important concrete proof that you own the account and therein the products. That is unless you shared them with someone else. So, find your boxes, you'll need the Access Keys to prove ownership. |

On the bright side I got the same response and couldnt find my keys either. They still found my account for me, just be sure to provide as much information as you can
E. G The last 4 digits of any card you've used in the store the 4th and last (for example) characters of your password When you made your ncsoft account (if you can remember) If you explain that you've simply lost the keys it isnt the end of the world |

Remember which email you used when registering NCsoft store and find the email sent by the company, or anything related. If you can find any, see if they have at least one of the keys.
